selling on selv

if you run a label, apply here. a person reads every application.

payments

pay the label using the QR on your order, then upload your payment proof. the label checks the received payment before confirming your order.

privacy

public profiles and collections are separate from private account details, messages and orders. selv uses limited site usage and technical error analytics when enabled, with no advertising trackers or session recording. if you close your account, selv deletes your profile once nothing is still open, and keeps the records of what you bought and sold. read the privacy preview.

returns

any piece can go back within 7 days of delivery, for a change of mind or the label’s mistake, with no restocking fee. each label writes its own return instructions, and how it takes a piece back shows on the piece and at checkout. ask from your order; the refund follows once the label has received and inspected it.

reports

use report on a piece, profile, fit, review or message to include its details. a person at selv reads every report, and tells you what came of it.
